Paper Submission Rules

All abstracts must be uploaded in TURKISH and ENGLISH. The system has been updated and both abstracts must be uploaded separately.
Abstracts sent to the congress will only be collected via the Online Abstract Module.
In order for the abstract to be included in the congress book, at least one of the authors must register for the congress.
The entire evaluation process regarding the papers can be followed through the system with the participant's e-mail and password.
Abstracts should be prepared verbally and as an e-poster, with a maximum of 350 words.
Papers; It should consist of summary, introduction and purpose, material and method, findings and conclusion sections.
The number of keywords should be at least 3 and at most 5 words.
The total number of photographs, tables and figures should not exceed 3.
Scientific and legal responsibility for the paper belongs to the authors.
Scientific Committee Members will evaluate the papers to determine their scientific quality and suitability.
The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be stated.

Feedback

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated through the online system and an e-mail containing your abstract evaluation results will be sent to the address defined in the system.

Oral Paper Presentation Rules

The oral presentation period and day will be announced after the acceptance of the papers.
To avoid communication problems, do not forget to enter your e-mail address and mobile phone number when registering to the system. Papers without contact information in the system will not be evaluated.
The organizing committee and Dalya Turizm are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect information entered.
You can correct your abstracts through the online system until the submission deadline.
Abstracts that are not submitted in accordance with the specified rules will be excluded from evaluation.
